U.S. CUSTOMERS:
July 2, 2020 - While the majority of domestic packages are arriving within expected time frames, we continue to see some packages taking up to a few weeks to arrive, with few tracking updates available, regardless of service type. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

May 4, 2020 - Despite the official USPS delay given, we are seeing additional delays and lack of tracking updates on some packages. Please keep in mind that delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, and we cannot guarantee any delivery by a specific time.

April 20, 2020 - The United States Postal Service (USPS) is indicating an approximate one day delay to First Class and Priority Mail shipments. For Priority mail shipments please allow 3-4 business days, and for First Class mail shipments allow 3-8 business days.

The USPS is following strategies and measures recommended by public health officials. Please visit the USPS Service Alerts page for the most up-to-date information.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (OUTSIDE THE USA):
We have seen extensive shipping time delays for international orders. Coronavirus has severely impacted global postal operations, which are seeing a high increase in volume in addition to decreased capacity in many cases (due to social distancing, labor shortages, etc). These shipments have previously largely relied on commercial air flights, which are dramatically decreased at this time. Some shipments are being redirected to sea freight, which can take upwards of 6 weeks for port unloading, customs clearance, transit to a sorting facility, etc.

  • APC Postal Logistics has notified us that shipping costs will increase effective immediately due to very limited air cargo space. This currently applies to the APC shipping option on our website. This information applies to orders under 10 pounds.
  • USPS First Class and Priority Mail International shipments are being impacted. Please check your country's details at https://about.usps.com/newsroom/service-alerts/international/. Please also check the announcements for your home country's postal service.

RETAILERS:
Courier services such as Fedex are operating with minimal disruptions in the U.S. and varying disruptions abroad depending upon the country. You can find more information at Fedex Service Alerts.

U.S. Orders


  • All orders to a United States shipping address (includes all 50 states plus U.S. Territories) will ship within one business day via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending upon the weight of the shipment or shipping upgrade selected.

  • We are not responsible for any shipping delays, damage, loss, or theft. If you believe your package has been stolen, please file a police report and contact the Postmaster General at https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/contactus/filecomplaint.aspx

  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. If you wish to receive your package by a certain date, please contact us at sales@dollylocks.com to determine estimated arrival before placing an order.

If you have received a damaged box or item please email us clear photos at sales@dollylocks.com as soon as possible.

If you have not received your package please check the tracking number and contact your local post office for further details.
If your package was marked delivered but you have not received it, and you need further assistance after contacting your post office, you have 7 days from the receipt of the Delivery Confirmation email to contact us.
If your package is not showing tracking updates, please contact us after 14 days but no more than 30 days from the date of your Shipping Confirmation email.

If a package is returned to us due to insufficient address, undeliverable as addressed, or for any other reason, we will refund the cost of the product only. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs involved with reshipment if desired.


International Orders


1. We have Dollylocks Retailers worldwide! Please refer to the Retailers list to see if there's a company selling Dollylocks products located closer to you (we are in the United States). This can save you money on shipping costs and taxes.

2. When ordering from us directly, you will have the following shipping options:

  • USPS First Class Mail International:
    Delivery in 5-14+ business days*
    Economy option with no insurance. Tracking number may not provide updates outside the United States.

  • International via APC:
    Delivery in 7-12 business days*
    Upgraded option with package tracking and insurance for up to $100 of goods. Delivery via postal service. Tracking inside the recipient country is reliant on updates from their postal service. We have pre-approval with APC to help prevent customs delays. Upon request, we may be able to quote an upgraded APC courier delivery option - please contact us directly at sales@dollylocks.com for more information.

  • USPS Priority Mail International (Not available for all countries):
    Delivery in 6-10 business days*
    Upgraded option with package tracking and insurance for up to $200 of goods.

  • For large orders weighing over 4 pounds: Please select Bill Me for Shipping at checkout, and we will calculate your shipping costs and bill you. For the fastest service, please keep a credit card saved on file or confirm that we can bill you through a Paypal email address. Please note if you use Amazon Pay to complete payment, we will need the shipping paid with a different payment method. We cannot bill you through Amazon Pay.

* Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs holds, weather, or other unforeseen delays.


3. All prices on our website are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Please contact your bank if you have any questions regarding currency conversion fees that may apply to your payment.

4. We are not responsible for any import fees, delays, damage, lost shipments, or customs issues. Please contact your local post office for assistance, as they will be familiar with local rules and regulations.

If you receive a damaged package and you selected International via APC or USPS Priority Mail International for shipping, please take clear photos and email us at sales@dollylocks.com for further assistance.
